Today it's a sad day for me because my friend Bridgette passed away on Sunday. I so wish that she could have lasted long enough to go to Oceanside w/me next week! I will miss her. At the end she was with her family and her great mom was holding her hand.

I am so deeply touched about your loss of Bridgette. I worked with her at Kaiser and talked to her many times on the phone. I have battled cancer myself, so I tried to lift her up when she needed a lift. Bridgette and I would talk, laugh and cry together, and I miss her too. Seeing her photo here, just brought me back to WHY? I will always think of Bridgette, and thank her for touching my life. I wish she could have gone to Oceanside with you too. She had told me that she was looking forward to a Road Trip, and she spoke of you at work often. Glad to finally see your Blog. Thank you
